Christophe et Fils is a small, family-owned domaine in Chablis, Burgundy, led by winemaker Sébastien Christophe. The estate has developed from a modest Petit-Chablis inheritance to include Premier and Grand Cru parcels across the appellation, while remaining under Christophe family ownership. Its sustainable, low-intervention approach includes hand-harvesting, native-yeast fermentation, minimal oak, and predominantly stainless-steel vinification. Wines reflect Chablis’s ancient Jurassic soils, known for mineral and flinty characteristics.
