Domaine Charles Audoin

France

Domaine Charles Audoin is a family-owned estate in Marsannay-la-Côte, Burgundy, founded by Charles Audoin and his wife Marie-Françoise in 1972 and now run by their son Cyril Audoin and his wife, oenologist Marie-Françoise. The vineyards are farmed sustainably, with organic and vegan practices noted, and the estate is HVE certified, although it does not hold organic or biodynamic certification. Its old-vine parcels include Champs-Salomon, Les Crais, La Pucine, Herbues and Les Echezeaux, with a particular focus on premier Marsannay sites. Winemaking follows traditional methods across a range that includes a significant proportion of rosé.
