Domaine Cécile Paquet

France

Domaine Cécile Paquet is a very small, independently owned Burgundy estate in Morey-Saint-Denis, Côte de Nuits, run and made by Cécile Tremblay. Certified organic and biodynamic, it focuses on sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, and a limited portfolio of around five wines. Fermentations include whole clusters, followed by 15–18 months of élevage in approximately one-third new oak. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration, reflecting a hands-on, minimally interventionist approach.
