Domaine Ciry Cattaneo

France

Ciry Cattaneo is a small, organic-certified estate in Laure Minervois, Languedoc-Roussillon, founded in 2015 by oenologist David Ciry and chocolate maker Marion Cattaneo. The founding duo retain ownership and manage the estate day to day, with David Ciry leading the winemaking. Its vineyards span clay-limestone valleys and sandstone terroirs, while vinification and aging take place on site. The estate’s limited-scale, fully integrated approach and Organic Agriculture certification reflect a hands-on commitment to sustainable production.
