Weingut Spreitzer is a family-owned estate in Oestrich-Winkel, at the heart of Germany’s Rheingau, with a lineage dating to 1641. Since 1997, brothers Andreas (Andi) and Bernd Spreitzer have run the winery. Their approach balances lightness and concentration, using ambient yeasts, long fermentations, extended lees aging and gravity-filtered must. Vineyard practices include rotating cover crops, natural water sources and other sustainable methods. The wines reflect a family operation focused on natural winemaking and continuity.
