Domaine Fournillon is a family-owned estate in Bernouil, in Burgundy’s Tonnerrois near Chablis, with Pascal Fournillon associated with the domaine. Its approximately 23 hectares lie on sandy soils with limestone influence, and the estate preserves a few pre-phylloxera vines. The family maintains direct control over both viticulture and winemaking. Yields are deliberately very low, with less than 10% of the harvest bottled, reflecting a selective approach to production.
