Domaine des Mailloches

France

Domaine des Mailloches is a family-owned Bourgueil estate in Restigné, Loire Valley, run by the Demont family across eight generations. Samuel Demont, who took over in 2002, combines traditional winemaking with modern technology. The estate practices environmentally conscious viticulture, with HVE certification since 2019, and has also reported a move to organic farming in 2018. Its Cabernet Franc vineyards span varied soils and vine ages, producing four distinct cuvées. Harvesting is mechanical and vinification takes place in stainless steel, while the family’s cellars preserve bottles dating from 1864 onward.】【。}
