Yllera is a family-owned Spanish winery based in Rueda, with roots in wine production dating to 1950 and a presence across Rueda, Ribera del Duero and Castilla y León. Now managed by the next family generation, it combines respect for regional character and tradition with a strong emphasis on innovation and quality. Its vineyards are managed sustainably, with certified organic wine production and ongoing work to reduce emissions, use renewable energy and improve water efficiency. Research projects such as EXOFERM and GO MYCOWINE focus on fermentation, traceability and vineyard resilience. Yllera also owns and operates the VivaltuS project in Ribera del Duero, developed with former Pétrus winemaker Jean-Claude Berrouet as consultant, reflecting its ambition in premium wine.
