Dalla Valle Vineyards is a multigenerational, family-owned estate in Oakville, California, founded by Naoko and Gustav Dalla Valle and now guided by Naoko and daughter Maya. On the eastern hillsides of Oakville, the estate farms organically and biodynamically, with CCOF organic certification since 2007 and biodynamic certification since 2019, alongside cover crops, natural soil amendments, deficit-water irrigation, and a long-term vine longevity program. The wines come from specific vineyard blocks and are centered on Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, with a focus on structure, elegance, and site expression. Maya Dalla Valle leads winemaking, supported by consulting winemaker Andy Erickson and a longstanding team including vineyard manager Edgar Alfaro and consulting enologist Michel Rolland.
