Creation

South Africa

Creation is a South African producer on the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge in the Western Cape’s Cape Floral Kingdom, focused on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from ancient soils, including virus-free plant material. Sustainability is central to its approach, with water stewardship practices such as drip irrigation, high-pressure low-volume hoses, and regular water testing. The estate also works on removing invasive alien vegetation, restoring land, reducing waste, and applying regenerative agriculture. In addition, 80% of its wine-and-wellness ingredients are sourced from within an 80 km radius. No formal certifications, ownership details, or named winemakers are provided.
