France

Comtesse de Malet Roquefort is a family-owned Bordeaux producer with roots dating to 1705, when Countess Isabeau acquired Château La Gaffelière. The family continues to operate this historic estate and other holdings, sourcing primarily from its own vineyards alongside selected Right Bank partner sites. Viticulture is certified organic under the Haute Valeur Environnementale OCACIA-Vineyard program, with careful single-Guyot pruning, row-by-row soil aeration, stripping, thinning, and parcel selection. The wines are typically based on a Right Bank blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
