Clos Roussely

France

Clos Roussely is a family-owned estate in Touraine-Chenonceaux, Loire Valley, founded by Anatole Roussely in 1917 and now run by fourth-generation winemaker Vincent Roussely. Its certified organic vineyards have been farmed without herbicides or pesticides since 2007, using manual and horse-driven work, cover crops, trees, and livestock including horses, donkeys, and sheep to encourage biodiversity. Vincent oversees low-intervention winemaking, reflecting the estate’s hands-on, environmentally focused approach.
