Bianco

Ciello is a certified organic estate in Sicily owned by the Vesco family, who took over the property about ten years ago. Its vineyards lie on south-east-facing slopes at 150–300 metres, and the estate is committed to sustainable farming. The wines follow a natural approach: grapes are harvested at night, fermented under temperature control, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The style emphasizes bright freshness and transparent expression of the Sicilian vineyards.
