Château de Chamirey

France

Château de Chamirey is an 18th-century estate in Mercurey, Burgundy, owned and operated by the Devillard family, now in its fifth generation. The domaine spans 95 acres, with 38 acres dedicated to Premier Cru vineyards, managed using reasoned viticulture. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a meticulous three-step maceration process. Wines are aged in oak barrels for about 18 months, with a quarter of the barrels renewed annually. The family’s commitment to quality is evident in their rigorous attention to detail from vine to bottle.
