Château Cap Saint-Martin

France

Château Cap Saint-Martin is a Bordeaux estate managed by Vignobles Ardoin and owned by Adeline de Barry, whose family has held the property since 1740. The estate follows sustainable agricultural and viticultural practices, holds an environmental certification, and produces vegan-friendly wines. Its wines are made from vineyards on the property, with annual production remaining under 50,000 bottles. Adeline’s husband, Renaud de Barry, also runs the associated Liquoristerie de Provence craft distillery.
