Champagne Gimonnet Gonet

France

Champagne Gimonnet Gonet is a family-run estate in Champagne’s Côte des Blancs, with family roots dating to 1750 and estate bottling since 1935. Today, Didier Gimonnet leads the winemaking alongside his brother Olivier, who co-manages the vineyards and production. The house focuses primarily on Chardonnay, with a small amount of Pinot Noir. Its approach centers on sustainable farming and respect for terroir, including selection massale, avoiding bâtonnage, using low dosage, and keeping reserve wines in bottle on fine lees. The result is a style shaped by careful vineyard work and restrained cellar handling.
