Producer

Cantine Buglioni

Italy

Buglioni is a family-owned, family-run producer in Veneto, founded by Alfredo Buglioni and his son Mariano in the early 1990s, with roots in Valpolicella and vineyards also in Lugana and Bardolino. Since 2019 the estate has been farmed organically with BIO certification, focusing on native varieties including Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, and Trebbiano di Lugana. Mariano Buglioni leads the winery with longtime oenologist Diego Bertoni. The cellar combines traditional and thoughtful methods, including a fruttaio for slow grape drying, aging reds in medium and large oak, and using terracotta amphorae for Amarone Riserva. The estate’s philosophy is guided by nature and aims to express the authentic character of the territory.
