L'Onesta Lambrusco di Sorbara

Founded in 1919 by Mauro Carafoli in Ravarino, Modena, Cantina Carafoli remains a family-owned estate run by the third-generation Carafoli family—Carlo, Paolo and Mario. Its vineyards in Sorbara, acquired in 1965, are dedicated to Lambrusco di Sorbara and other blends. The family combines traditional values with modern winemaking technology. Farming is conventional, with no specific sustainability certifications noted, while the wines are vegan.
