Domaine Rémi Jobard is a small, fifth-generation family estate in Meursault, Burgundy, run by proprietor and winemaker Rémi Jobard since he assumed full control in 1996. Its vineyards have been managed without herbicides or pesticides since 1994; the domaine gained organic certification in 2011 and is listed as biodynamic. Working with several high-quality parcels, including 35-year-old vines, Rémi produces very limited quantities and oversees élevage in both barrique and large foudre.
