Domaine Fournillon et Fils is a family-run estate in Bernouil, in Burgundy’s Tonnerrois, passed down through generations and led by Pascal Fournillon since 2004. Its vineyards lie on Kimmeridgian soils across Bernouil, Fleys in Chablis, and Épineuil. The domaine emphasizes careful vineyard stewardship, with some original-rootstock vines benefiting from natural phylloxera resistance, including the historic “Emperor’s Vineyard,” a Chardonnay planted in 1835. It produces white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines in a Burgundian style, aging them in its own cellars. The estate welcomes visitors.
