Allimant-Laugner

France

Allimant-Laugner is a historic family estate in Orschwiller, Alsace, run by Hubert Allimant-Laugner and his son Nicolas, the 11th generation of the family. With roots in vine growing since the 17th century and a cellar dating from 1724, the domaine combines long heritage with a modern, low-intervention approach. The estate works across many small parcels with varied soils, including Grand Cru Praelatenberg, and farms by hand with manual harvest, indigenous yeasts, and limited cellar intervention. Long in organic conversion, the 2023 vintage is noted as the first certified organic. The range covers the classic Alsace varieties, Grand Cru, late-harvest and sweet wines, as well as traditional-method Crémant, with a focus on fresh, balanced wines true to their terroir.
