Weingut Fürst

Germany

Weingut Fürst is a family-run estate in Germany’s southern Mosel, in the Vallée de la Sûre (Sauertal) near the Luxembourg border. Michi and Martin Fürst, together with the next generation, Frida, farm with a strong focus on patience, attention, and passion, aiming to express the character of their vineyards. The estate follows sustainable, environmentally friendly practices, avoids herbicides and insecticides, uses cover crops to support biodiversity and limit erosion, and recycles water and grape pomace; all wines are vegan. Their vineyards include shell limestone and Keuper-influenced soils, which shape the wines’ character. Grand Selection wines are aged in 500L oak tonneau barrels.
