Maison Sarreau-Martin is a small Bordeaux estate in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, near Saint-Émilion, with vineyards on the region’s clay-limestone soils. Established in 2025 by a group of like-minded friends who acquired the former Perreau Bel-Air, it continues a winemaking tradition developed by Denis Lubiato and his family. Denis, who has 35 years of savoir-faire and learned from his father Serge, oversees viticulture, harvest and vinification. The 2022 Tradition cuvée is predominantly Merlot, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and is made with temperature-controlled fermentation, twice-daily pump-overs and approximately 20 days of maceration. The historic property, in Gardegan-et-Tourtirac, is also being restored as a countryside maison.
