Rosé

Arid Wines is a small-scale winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa, owned and managed by René, who also serves as winemaker. The estate offers two wines and is pursuing a regenerative approach to farming. After losing more than half of its almond trees, producing only minimal olive oil, and seeing some nearly century-old vines disappear, the operation is planning geological and mineral surveys to identify suitable future crops. This response to difficult growing conditions reflects a commitment to sustainable, regenerative agriculture.
