Vignoble Dinocheau is a family estate in the Cher Valley of France’s Loire Valley, producing Touraine and Touraine-Chenonceaux wines from clay-limestone slopes. The estate farms organically under AB certification and works with several grape varieties, with Sauvignon predominating and accounting for around one-third of production. Laurence Dinocheau is the named representative. The wines reflect the estate’s Loire appellations and varied plantings.
