Producer

Thomas Labille

France

Thomas Labille is a family-run independent estate in Chablis, founded in 1987 and now focused on Chardonnay from hillside vineyards. Since taking over in 2019, Thomas Labille has served as sole winemaker, working with manager Arnaud Nahan, son of co-founder William Nahan. The domaine is HVE-certified and follows sustainable practices including biodiversity conservation, integrated plant protection, managed fertiliser use and careful water-resource management. Its hand-picked Chablis wines reflect the region’s Jurassic limestone soils, with mineral and flinty character.
