France

Vignoble des Verdots is a 44-hectare estate in France’s Sud-Ouest, with plantings divided between white and red varieties. Formerly family-run, it has been owned by Icelandic investor Robert Wessman’s Maison Wessman since 2022. David Fourtout, the former owner, remains involved as technical advisor, alongside winemaking leadership from James de Roany. The estate produces approximately 150,000 bottles annually. No sustainability certifications or specific environmental practices are noted.
