Montirius is a fifth-generation family domaine in Sarrians, near Gigondas in Provence, owned and operated by the Saurel family. The estate has farmed fully biodynamically since 1996 and holds both EcoCert and Biodyvin certifications, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to sustainable viticulture. Winemaking is led by Eric Saurel, with active involvement from his daughter Manon, continuing the family’s hands-on approach across generations.
