Producer

Sabina

Spain

Sabina is a family-owned boutique producer founded in 2002 by David and Susan Sabin. The winery is integrated into the family residence, reflecting a hands-on approach to both vineyard and cellar work. Its Cabernet Sauvignon is farmed organically, with an emphasis on soil health and minimal land clearing; no formal organic certification is noted. Winemaking is led by Alejandro Alfaro, with founder David Sabin and original winemaker and designer David DeSante also contributing to the estate’s development. The wines are produced from the family’s own vineyards with a low-impact philosophy.
