Noëlla Morantin is a family-run Loire Valley producer based in Touraine, where she manages the vineyard and cellar herself with help from her partner Philippe. After moving from marketing into viticulture and training with leading natural wine growers, she established a small estate worked under certified organic, no-chemical farming with biodynamic-inspired practices. Winemaking is low-intervention, with spontaneous fermentations from indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur, and wines often left unfined and unfiltered. She works with varieties including Sauvignon Blanc, Gamay, Côt, and Cabernet Sauvignon, drawing both from her own vines and some leased parcels.
