Nestuby is a Roubaud family estate in Cotignac, Provence, with a winemaking tradition spanning four generations since 1949. Managed by Nathalie and Jean-François Roubaud, the domaine farms approximately 70–80 hectares of AOC Côtes de Provence vineyards, producing red, rosé and white wines. Its moderate, sustainable agriculture emphasizes respect for the soil, biodiversity and nature, with mechanical vineyard work complemented by manual pruning and disbudding. The cellar combines traditional concrete vats with temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, reflecting the estate’s balance of tradition and modernity. Winemaking is carried out collectively by the family, drawing on long-transmitted know-how and local clay-limestone soils.
