Founded in 2000 by Jean-Claude Mas, Les Domaines Paul Mas is a family-owned Languedoc-Roussillon wine business comprising 17 domaines. Mas remains its principal winemaker and brand ambassador. Sustainability is central to the estate’s approach: 40% of its vineyards are certified organic, all hold HEV level 3 certification, and farming follows biodynamic principles with no herbicides, using biocontrol and natural defense strategies. The wines are made from estate vineyards as well as grapes sourced through partner growers, with a broad portfolio that includes a strong focus on white wines. Its production is exported to more than 80 countries.
