Vinification & maturation
France
Laurent-Perrier is a family-owned, independent Champagne House in Tours-sur-Marne, founded in 1812. It is known for a distinctive style of freshness, purity, and elegance, shaped by Bernard de Nonancourt, who combined traditional Champagne methods with innovative techniques such as early adoption of stainless steel vats and low-temperature fermentation. The House is committed to sustainable viticulture and has built its identity around three key savoir-faire: blending reserve wines, maceration, and non-dosage. Plot-by-plot vinification, long ageing, and close multi-generational grower partnerships support a range of cuvées defined by balance, finesse, and continuity of style.
