Lagar de Cervera is a Rías Baixas producer focused on Albariño, owned by La Rioja Alta S.A. since its 1988 acquisition of the original family estate, Bodega Fernández Cervera Hermanos. Its vineyards lie on south-facing slopes in metamorphic, mineral-rich schist and sandy-loam soils, protected by oak and eucalyptus. The estate works with mature vines and modern viticulture technology. In the winery, Albariño is vinified in stainless-steel tanks using first must and a selected portion of the harvest, pointing to a clean, fresh style. No organic, biodynamic, or other sustainability certifications are mentioned in the available sources.
