J. Baumer is a Rheingau wine brand founded in the 1950s and owned and operated by the Ress family since 1957. Its focused portfolio includes Riesling, an organically and naturally certified Green B Riesling, Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Rosé. The wines are produced locally under contract, with direct oversight from the award-winning winemaking team led by Balthasar Ress. The Green B Riesling reflects the brand’s emphasis on organic and natural production.
