Domaine Sylvain Langoureau is a fifth-generation, family-run estate in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, centred on Saint-Aubin sites including En Remilly, Murgers des Dents de Chien, Frionnes and Sur le Sentier du Clou. Since 1989, Sylvain Langoureau and his wife Nathalie have led the domaine, with Sylvain serving as owner and winemaker. The vineyards are farmed organically without formal certification, using reduced tillage, cover crops and grass cover between rows to encourage deep rooting. Production is focused mainly on Chardonnay, with Pinot Noir and Aligoté also planted.
