Domaine Les Sibu is a family-run estate in Sablet, in the southern Rhône Valley, operated by the Alazard family across generations. Loïc Alazard established the domaine in 2015, bringing estate winemaking back alongside the family’s longstanding relationship with local cooperatives; since 2018, around half of the grapes have been vinified at their own cellar. The vineyards span Sablet, Gigondas and Vacqueyras, with sandy clay soils and varieties including Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Cinsault, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Farming began conversion to organic practices in 2020 and achieved certification from the 2023 vintage. With oenologist Pauline involved, the domaine uses hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts, partial destemming, gentle pump-overs and extended maceration. Wines include Sablet reds, whites and rosé, alongside red Gigondas and Vacqueyras.
