Domaine les Evigneaux is a family-owned estate in Rasteau, in the Rhône Valley, acquired by the Lavau family in 2014. Jean-Guy and Anne-Marie Lavau operate the domaine with involvement from Frédéric and Benoît Lavau. Its vineyards cover approximately 10 hectares divided among 15 plots. The wines are presented as vegetarian, vegan and sustainable, although no formal certifications are noted. Winemaking is led by Bénédicte Bonnet, with Jean-Guy Lavau also involved as a vintner.
