Domaine Karydas is a family-owned estate founded in 1994 by former Olympic skier Konstantinos Karydas on the Ano Gastra hillside near Naoussa in Northern Greece. Konstantinos and his son Petros manage and vinify a 3-hectare single-vineyard planting of Xinomavro, with family members carrying out all winery tasks. The estate’s extremely limited production reflects a focused, hands-on approach, centered on expressing its vineyard and the character of Xinomavro.
