Domaine du Séminaire is a fourth-generation family estate run by Hervé and Mathilde Pouizin in Valréas, in the Southern Rhône’s Enclave des Papes. Its high-altitude vineyards on clay and limestone soils are Ecocert-certified organic and farmed with biodynamic and sustainable principles. In the cellar, the domaine emphasizes traditional, low-intervention methods, including native yeasts, minimal sulfur, no oak aging, and vegan-friendly production. The overall approach points to pure, unadorned Rhône wines shaped by site and careful family stewardship.
