Domaine des Pasquiers

France

Domaine des Pasquiers is a family-owned estate in Sablet, in the Southern Rhône, where the Lambert family has been devoted to the vine since 1935. Today, brothers Jean-Claude and Philippe Lambert, together with the next generation, manage vineyards across Gigondas, Sablet, Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône and IGP Vaucluse. The estate began converting to organic farming in 2010 and has been certified organic since 2013. Its terroir-focused approach emphasizes respect for the soil and vines. Harvests are entirely destemmed, varieties are vinified separately, and blends are assembled patiently. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre form the basis of fruity, elegant Rhône wines marked by finesse and freshness.
