Domaine des Forges is a family-owned Loire estate in Saint-Aubin de Luigné, in the heart of Anjou, led by fifth-generation Stéphane and Séverine Branchereau. Established in 1890, it is centered on Chenin Blanc, with wines ranging from dry to sweet across notable Loire terroirs including Quarts-de-Chaume Grand Cru, Savennières and Roche aux Moines. The domaine is HVE-certified and farms with a sustainable, environmentally respectful approach, using practices such as grass cover, hard pruning, leaf removal, green harvesting and mostly manual harvests, with multiple sorting passes for Chenin. In the cellar, the Branchereaus favor traditional winemaking, with élevage in thermoregulated stainless steel or a climate-controlled barrel cellar.
