Domaine des Bérioles is a family-run estate in Cesset, within the Saint-Pourçain appellation of the Loire Valley’s Allier region. Owned and managed by the Teissèdre family with Sophie and Jérôme Roux, the domaine has been making its own wines since Jean Teissèdre established the winery in 2011. Its clay-limestone and granitic vineyards are certified organic and farmed biodynamically, with manual work, lunar and solar calendars, low yields, and careful attention to soil and vine health. Tressallier and Chardonnay are used for whites, while Gamay and Pinot Noir form the reds; grapes are hand-harvested and sorted. The team also shares its connection to local heritage through tastings, vineyard walks, and the “Balades en Bérioles” œnotouristic routes.
