Domaine de Thalie is a boutique estate founded in 2009 by Peter Gierszewski in Cluny, on the border of Burgundy and Beaujolais. Owned and operated by Gierszewski, who also serves as winemaker, the domaine reflects a hands-on, personal approach from vineyard to cellar. Organic from the outset and biodynamically certified since 2014, it is rooted in sustainable farming. The estate focuses on low yields and rigorous grape selection, underscoring a quality-driven style and careful attention throughout production.
