Domaine de Frégate is a family-owned Bandol estate in Provence with roots in the nineteenth century and a documented history of family stewardship since 1971. Today, Jean-Sébastien Thiollier and his sons Antonin and Rémy manage the domaine. Its vineyards are farmed sustainably under HVE certification, with reasoned soil and water management, biodiversity initiatives including beehives and hedges, traditional goblet training, and hand harvesting without purchased grapes. The estate produces Bandol red, rosé, and white wines, alongside Var IGP wines, from clay-limestone soils. Its heritage also includes centenary olive trees, olive-oil production, and artisanal distillation of grape marc.
