Château Brande-Bergère is a family-owned estate north of Saint-Émilion, acquired and operated by Edith and Denis Dalibot since 1997. Its vineyards lie on a siliceous-gravelly mound over clay, with viticulture practiced here since the 18th century. The estate follows reasoned agriculture, including manual cultivation, cover-cropping, mechanical weeding without herbicides, green harvest and HVE certification. Grapes are vinified plot by plot in small, temperature-controlled concrete vats. The two red wines blend Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon; the rosé is made exclusively from Cabernet Franc. Wines are aged for 18 months, including French oak maturation for the Cuvée O’Byrne. The range includes Cuvée O’Byrne, Tradition and Rosé.
