Celler Credo is a family-linked, terroir-focused project in Penedès, rooted in the Recaredo family and dedicated to white wines from indigenous Mediterranean varieties, especially Xarel·lo, alongside Parellada, Macabeu and Malvasia de Sitges. The vineyards are farmed organically, with some parcels also biodynamic, using dry farming, spontaneous cover crops, hand harvesting and phytotherapy treatments. All wines are vinified and bottled on the estate, fermented with indigenous yeasts isolated from their own vineyards, and made with a minimal-intervention, transparent approach to origin. Celler Credo also stands out for its deep environmental work, collaborating on bat and butterfly monitoring, supporting bee populations, and protecting biodiversity across the Penedès landscape.
