Tillie J Wines is a boutique Yarra Valley label founded, owned and operated by viticulturist and winemaker Natillie Johnston. Established after Johnston’s participation in the inaugural 2019 Young Winemakers program at No.7 Healesville, the label reflects her experience across respected Australian and international wineries. Its portfolio includes Chardonnay, Aligoté, Rosé, Pinot Noir and Grenache, with Gamay planned for 2026. Johnston has been recognised in the Top 50 Young Gun of Wine Awards for four consecutive years and received the 2023 People’s Choice Award. Her wines are served in fine-dining venues and stocked by Wine Republic.
