Odilio Antoniotti is a family-run producer in Piedmont, owned and managed by Odilio Antoniotti and his son Mattia. The estate operates from a historic cantina dating to 1863 and continues a traditional approach in both vineyard and cellar. Their vines include some of the oldest plantings on high-elevation porphyry soils. Farming avoids synthetic fertilizers, relying instead on compost, with minimal sulfur use and no formal sustainability certification noted. Grapes are hand-harvested, fermented in underground cement tanks, and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration, reflecting a low-intervention style.
