Merayos is a small, boutique producer based in a historic cellar in Toral de Merayo, near Ponferrada in Spain’s Bierzo region. The project brings together local grower and principal winemaker Javier González with the Argentine Michelini i Mufatto family. Its limited-scale production and hands-on partnership give the estate a distinctly artisanal character, rooted in the local area. No sustainability certifications or specific ecological practices are stated.
